As the culinary lead of roaming restaurant pop-up MOSS Cooks, Zach —and his business partner, Mo—want to put on a raucous good time for you featuring elegant dishes and top-rate service. He’s always loved to cook (he was six when he started, 12 when he began dabbling in the restaurant industry) and ultimately brought his passion to the line at Michelin-starred establishments like Annisa and The NoMad. While he doesn’t strictly focus on Italian food, Zach is inspired by its balanced approach to flavors, familiarity, and nutrition—and applies that same mindset to all cuisines. Whatever he’s cooking, Zach loves to push himself creatively and connect with people through food.
