- CK will charge by the hour or a flat rate depending on the scope of work and level of detail desired; consultations will be billed hourly
- Large-scale pieces, additional detail, and revisions available upon request; inquire for a quote
- Revisions must be communicated within 48 hours of receiving the design. If more than two rounds of moderate revisions are needed, CK will charge her hourly rate of $80 for all additional work
- For communication on active projects, please respond within 48 hours with comments. If the response is delayed, project completion dates will be put on hold and deadlines cannot be honored
- Shipping will incur an additional cost
Payments and Fees
This service requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost. You will be invoiced for the remaining 50% of total cost before talent begins production or upon completion.
To keep IHTF running smoothly, a service fee of 5% of the subtotal will be charged at checkout. This makes it possible for us to give you, our community, the best experience possible—from platform curation, to customer support, to nurturing the careers of our talented Friends.
Cancellation Policy
The initial deposit for this service is non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens. Our team is happy to help on a case-by-case basis, taking into account time invested and costs incurred by talent. You may be eligible for a partial or full refund. You can cancel anytime before production to avoid paying the remaining 50%.
