Why we love them
Christine grew up in the kitchen—in her own words, the heart of the home—learning the art of cooking from her mother and, after school, winding down to Ina Garten and Giada Delaurentis. Having lived in France and Vietnam, she combines her global palate with foods from her upbringing and locally sourced produce to create healthy and delicious seasonal dishes that proves there’s more out there to vegan and vegetarian food than people think. Christine has a unique sense of calm in the kitchen—an ease greatly appreciated when working at events for brands like CANN, goop, Laura Mercier and by her in-home private clients including Jen Atkin, Cat Sadler, Lindsay Price, and Mari Llewellyn.
