Why we love them
Cassidy got started in the kitchen at the age of four, learning the joys of Italian cooking from her dad while also recreating Filipino recipes passed down from her grandparents. Her expertise expanded over the years as she learned how to make dishes from Laos, Puerto Rico, Vietnam, and Cuba from her friends’ moms, prepped nutritionally balanced meals for college athletes while in school, interned for a food critic, backpacked through Europe, and worked on organic farms in in the Netherlands and France. Now, she focuses on farm-to-table private cheffing and cooking lessons in Los Angeles, always creating a comfortable culinary experience for her clients.
