The fine print
- Hannah can travel within Manhattan and Brooklyn at no additional cost; any travel outside of this radius will incur a fee
- Out-of-area travel available for an additional cost
- Location limitations (e.g. permits for public spaces, access restrictions) are the responsibility of the client
- Depending on the service, talent can coordinate any necessary lighting or set equipment.

Payments and Fees
This service requires 100% of the total cost to be paid upfront. Any costs incurred from add-ons will be paid once the service is complete.
To keep IHTF running smoothly, a service fee of 5% of the subtotal will be charged at checkout. This makes it possible for us to give you, our community, the best experience possible—from platform curation, to customer support, to nurturing the careers of our talented Friends.
Cancellation Policy
Sales are final. However, we understand that life happens. Our team is happy to help on a case-by-case basis, taking into account time invested and costs incurred by talent. You may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
